I am seeking an experienced HR Advisor to join a fantastic consultancy business, based near Tate Britain. This is a great opportunity for a HR professional looking for growth, commercial exposure, a great culture and agile working environment.

Working alongside a highly experienced Head of People, you will take responsibility for a wide range of ER and generalist duties, including recruitment, on and off boarding, L&D initiatives, and Benefits & Reward. You will also have the opportunity to get involved with strategic and operational projects across the business, and will get to work closely with the business founder (and learn from one of the best in the business!).

In order to be successful you must have a keen understanding of, and love for working within, a founder-led agile business. You will need to work independently & on your own initiative, so be confident in your own capability. You will have extensive experience at HR Advisory level, or will have worked at HR Assistant level & be keen to step up the career ladder. A CIPD qualification (or equivalent) would be advantageous but is not essential.

In return you will receive an annual salary of up to £50,000 p.a. dependent on experience, plus a very extensive benefits package. You will be working within a truly meritocratic business, who support their staff well and promote personal & professional growth, alongside an experienced, supportive HR leader.

My client is unable to provide sponsorship for this role, and we can only consider candidates with full unrestricted rights to work in the UK.
