OVERVIEW
Join a highly regarded Legal 500 firm in Redhill. The role offers a high degree of autonomy, with the opportunity to manage a broad private client caseload and play a key role in shaping the future growth and direction of the department.
RESPONSIBILITIES
- Managing a varied caseload covering Wills, LPAs, trusts, estate administration and IHT planning .
- Advising clients on estate planning, succession and wealth preservation .
- Building and maintaining strong client and professional relationships.
- Developing referral networks and contributing to business development.
- Supporting and mentoring junior members of the team.
- Maintaining high standards of client care, compliance and file management.
ABOUT YOU
- Qualified Solicitor , 7PQE+ within Private Client
- Strong experience across Wills, LPAs, trusts, probate, estate administration and IHT.
- Able to manage a caseload independently with minimal supervision.
- Confident dealing directly with clients and professional contacts.
- Strong client relationship and business development skills.
- Experience supervising or mentoring junior lawyers.
- Looking to take on a senior role within an established Private Client team.
