You will advise landlord clients on a broad range of housing management and litigation matters, including possessions, injunctions, anti‑social behaviour, breach of tenancy, housing fraud, Equality Act and Mental Capacity Act issues, access injunctions and service charge disputes.

About You
- Qualified solicitor or Chartered Legal Executive (CILEx), NQ-3 PQE
- Experience advising social landlords (essential)
- Experience advising housing associations (beneficial)
- Strong drafting, communication and organisational skills
