- Managing a caseload of 150+ claimant Personal Injury files
- Handling matters through the MOJ Portal
- Dealing with RTA, Employer’s Liability (EL) and Public Liability (PL) cases
- Managing fast track and multi-track claims
- Utilising the Proclaim Case Management System (experience desirable but not essential)
