The successful candidate will provide high-quality administrative and secretarial support to solicitors handling family care proceedings.
Key Responsibilities
- Providing secretarial support to solicitors and fee earners.
- Preparing legal correspondence, court documents, and bundles.
- Managing diaries, appointments, and court hearings.
- Liaising with clients, courts, barristers, and other professionals.
- Opening and maintaining client files using the firm's case management system.
- Handling telephone enquiries, emails, and post.
- Assisting with Legal Aid administration and general departmental support.
- Ensuring all work is completed accurately and within deadlines.
Requirements
