An exciting opportunity has arisen for an experienced Residential Property Lawyer or Conveyancer with a minimum of 5 years' PQE to join a well-established and growing residential property team. The role
You will be responsible for managing a varied caseload of traditional residential conveyancing matters from instruction through to post-completion, ensuring an exceptional client experience throughout the transaction process.
- Managing a full residential conveyancing caseload from instruction to completion.
- Delivering high levels of client care, communication and responsiveness.
- Building and maintaining strong client relationships.
- Achieving agreed billing, gross profit and cash recovery.
- Managing file finances in accordance with agreed write-off parameters.
- Ensuring files are progressed efficiently and in accordance with internal procedures and service standards.
- Maintaining accurate client and matter records through the firm's case management systems.
- Ensuring compliance with all regulatory and professional obligations.
- Contributing positively to the growth and success of the residential property department.
- Maintaining a commitment to ongoing professional development.
Candidate Requirements
The successful candidate will:
- Be a qualified Solicitor, Licensed Conveyancer or Legal Executive with a minimum of 3 years' PQE.
- Have strong experience managing a traditional residential conveyancing caseload independently.
- Demonstrate a genuine enthusiasm for residential property work.
- Be highly organised with excellent attention to detail.
- Possess strong client care and relationship-building skills.
- Be commercially aware and comfortable working towards performance targets.
- Have a proactive and solutions-focused approach to their work.
