OVERVIEW

This role offers exceptional flexibility, allowing you to choose your working days and hours, on a completely remote basis. You will manage a diverse caseload of employment law matters, providing high-quality legal advice and representation to clients.

RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Manage a varied caseload of employment law matters, including unfair dismissal, discrimination, redundancy, settlement agreements, and employment tribunal claims.
  • Provide clear, practical, and commercially focused legal advice to clients.
  • Handle client enquiries and convert leads into instructions.

ABOUT YOU

  • 5PQE+ Qualified Solicitor or Chartered Legal Executive with experience in employment law, either contentious and/or non-contentious matters.
  • Ability to manage your own caseload and work independently.
  • Self-motivated and organised with the ability to work remotely.
  • Comfortable handling inbound client leads and converting them into instructions.
