The Role
The firm is seeking an Employment Solicitor (NQ+) to join its Employment team. This is an excellent opportunity for a newly qualified or junior solicitor to develop their career within a supportive and experienced team, handling a broad mix of contentious and non-contentious employment matters.

Key Responsibilities
- Advising employers and employees on a wide range of employment law matters
- Advising on disciplinary, grievance, and performance management issues
- Drafting and advising on contracts of employment, policies, and procedures
- Advising on dismissals, redundancy processes, and restructures
- Advising on and negotiating settlement agreements
- Supporting senior team members on complex and strategic matters
- Developing and maintaining strong client relationships.
Candidate Requirements
- Qualified Solicitor in England & Wales (NQ+)
- Solid grounding in employment law gained during training or post-qualification
- Strong drafting and communication skills
- Ability to manage a varied caseload with appropriate supervision
- Commercial, pragmatic, and client-focused approach
- Strong organisational skills and attention to detail
- Enthusiastic and committed to developing a career in employment law.
