An exciting opportunity has arisen for an Employment Solicitor to join a highly regarded national Legal 500 law firm. The firm is well-regarded for providing high-quality legal services to a diverse client base, including SMEs and large corporations.
RESPONSIBILITIES
- Advise clients on a broad range of non-contentious employment law matters, including employment contracts, policies, TUPE, executive terminations, and redundancy procedures.
- Collaborate with senior colleagues to support clients with complex employment matters and provide tailored legal solutions.
- Support clients with corporate transactions, ensuring smooth employment-related processes during mergers, acquisitions, and restructures.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients, offering clear and practical advice.
- Contribute to the department’s business development efforts, including attending networking events and building client relationships.
