About the Role
We are looking for a talented and proactive Employment Solicitor to become part of our dynamic legal team, working remotely. This role offers an excellent opportunity for a qualified solicitor with solid experience in employment law to enjoy flexible working arrangements while managing a diverse caseload of both contentious and non-contentious matters, representing both employers and employees.
Key Responsibilities
- Deliver clear and comprehensive legal advice across all areas of employment law.
- Draft, review, and negotiate employment-related documents, including contracts, policies, and employee handbooks.
- Act on behalf of clients in Employment Tribunal matters, handling all phases of litigation.
- Provide strategic guidance to employers on HR issues, organisational restructuring, and legal compliance.
- Build and nurture strong client relationships, ensuring exceptional service and client satisfaction.
- Work collaboratively with internal teams and contribute to ongoing knowledge development and best practices.
- Keep abreast of developments in employment legislation and case law to ensure up-to-date legal support.
