I'm looking to speak with candidates with experience in handling a broad and varied caseload of employment matters, advising both claimants and respondents. On offer is exposure to high-quality work with a diverse client base, including individuals, SMEs, and larger organisations.
Your work will include:
- Employment tribunal matters
- Advisory work on contentious and non-contentious issues
- Disciplinary and grievance procedures
- Redundancies, TUPE, and restructures
- Settlement agreements
About You
- Qualified Solicitor with 2+ years’ PQE in employment law
- Experience advising either claimants, respondents, or both
- Strong communication and client-facing skills
- Ambitious and keen to take on greater responsibility
