Are you an ambitious Employment Lawyer looking to take the next step in your career? A number of well-regarded law firms across Bristol and Cardiff are currently looking to recruit at this level, offering fantastic opportunities for talented Employment Solicitors to progress their careers.

I'm looking to speak with candidates with experience in handling a broad and varied caseload of employment matters, advising both claimants and respondents. On offer is exposure to high-quality work with a diverse client base, including individuals, SMEs, and larger organisations.

Your work will include:

  • Employment tribunal matters
  • Advisory work on contentious and non-contentious issues
  • Disciplinary and grievance procedures
  • Redundancies, TUPE, and restructures
  • Settlement agreements

About You

  • Qualified Solicitor with 2+ years’ PQE in employment law
  • Experience advising either claimants, respondents, or both
  • Strong communication and client-facing skills
  • Ambitious and keen to take on greater responsibility
