About the Role
We are delighted to offer an exciting opportunity for an organised and ambitious individual to join our Employment Law Department as a Paralegal. This position is ideal for someone looking to begin or develop their career within the legal industry, working alongside a team of experienced solicitors who are passionate about delivering exceptional client service and achieving the best possible outcomes.
As an Employment Paralegal, you will play a key role in supporting the department’s day-to-day operations, gaining valuable exposure to a wide range of employment law matters, including disciplinary procedures, grievance issues, employment contracts, settlement agreements, and tribunal cases.

Key Responsibilities
- Providing comprehensive administrative and legal support to employment solicitors.
- Managing diaries, appointments, and case schedules efficiently and accurately.
- Drafting and preparing legal documentation, including letters, witness statements, and tribunal bundles.
- Maintaining accurate file management and record-keeping, both digitally and in hard copy.
- Handling client enquiries in a professional and confidential manner, ensuring a high standard of client care.
- Assisting with document reviews, research tasks, and case preparation.
- Liaising with clients, opposing parties, and external organisations on behalf of solicitors.
- Supporting the billing process and ensuring compliance with firm policies and legal protocols.

Experience within an employment law setting would be advantageous, but we are equally open to candidates from other administrative or legal backgrounds who can demonstrate a keen interest in employment law and a desire to learn.
