Job Title: RTA EL/PL Fee Earner / Solicitor
Location: Manchester (Hybrid Remote Working)
Salary – up to 50,000 DOE
Are you an experienced RTA and EL/PL Fee Earner or Solicitor looking to take the next step in your legal career? We are a progressive Manchester-based law firm seeking a talented and motivated individual to join our expanding Personal Injury department.
About the Role:
You will be responsible for managing your own caseload of RTA and Employers’ and Public Liability claims , from inception to settlement or litigation. The role suits someone confident in dealing with MOJ Portal, Fast Track litigation, and pre-litigated work , with strong technical and client care skills.
Key Responsibilities:
Managing a caseload of RTA and EL/PL claims
Handling claims through all stages, including litigation if required
Drafting legal documents and correspondence
Liaising with clients, courts, and third parties
Meeting billing targets and KPIs
Requirements:
Handling RTA and/or EL/PL cases (litigated and pre-litigated)
Qualified Solicitor, Legal Executive, or experienced Fee Earner
Strong knowledge of MOJ Portal and CPR procedures
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Excellent negotiation and communication skills
