We are seeking a knowledgeable and engaging Dynamics 365 Business Central Trainer to join a growing Microsoft partner. This is an excellent opportunity for a Business Central Consultant, Trainer, Key User, Systems Accountant, or ERP professional who enjoys helping people get the most from technology.
The successful candidate will be responsible for designing and delivering high-quality training programmes, creating engaging learning content, and supporting both customers and internal teams with the adoption and effective use of Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central.
Key Responsibilities
- Design, develop and deliver training programmes focused on Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central.
- Deliver training sessions both remotely and in person to a variety of audiences and technical skill levels.
- Create engaging learning materials including video tutorials, user guides, presentations, training manuals and blog content.
- Work closely with consultants, support teams and subject matter experts to ensure training content remains accurate and relevant.
- Develop and maintain documentation aligned with Business Central updates and new functionality.
- Gather feedback from training participants and continuously improve training materials and delivery methods.
- Support the development of online learning platforms and knowledge-sharing resources.
- Deliver supplementary training on associated Microsoft technologies and third-party solutions where required.
- Provide post-training guidance and support to users to encourage adoption and best practice.
About You
- Experience delivering software training, ideally within Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central.
- Strong understanding of Business Central functionality and business processes.
- Excellent presentation and communication skills with the ability to explain complex concepts clearly.
- Experience creating training materials including videos, written guides and presentations.
- Comfortable delivering training to both technical and non-technical audiences.
- Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities.
- Proactive, adaptable and committed to continuous learning.
- Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central certification (MB-800 or equivalent).
- Microsoft Certified Trainer (MCT) accreditation.
- Experience with Power BI, Cosmos, Continia or other reporting solutions.
- Background in finance, business analysis or ERP consultancy.
- Experience with Learning Management Systems (LMS) and online learning platforms.
