- Deliver comprehensive administrative and typing support to fee earners
- Act as a first point of contact for clients via phone, email and in person
- Assist with case management and document preparation under supervision
- Conduct conflict checks and support compliance procedures
- Assist with billing, including drafting invoices and cost schedules
- Maintain accurate and organised filing systems using case management software
Experience within a legal or family law environment (desirable).
Proficient in Microsoft Office and case management systems (Tikit experience advantageous).
