We're looking for a driven and compassionate Personal Injury Paralegal to join a highly regarded litigation team.
This is an exciting opportunity to work alongside experienced solicitors on a diverse range of claimant personal injury matters, helping clients rebuild their lives after accidents and injuries.

The Role
You'll play an integral part in supporting fee earners with a varied caseload of personal injury claims, ensuring every client receives outstanding service throughout their journey.
Your responsibilities will include
- Assisting with a broad range of claimant personal injury claims, including Road Traffic Accidents, Employers' Liability and Public Liability matters.
- Being a key point of contact for clients, providing reassurance, regular updates and excellent client care.
- Preparing legal documentation, correspondence and court papers.
- Obtaining and reviewing medical records, witness statements and expert evidence.
- Liaising with insurers, barristers, medical professionals and rehabilitation providers.
- Managing case files using the firm's case management system and ensuring compliance with court deadlines and pre-action protocols.
- Supporting settlement negotiations and trial preparation where required.
- Working closely with experienced solicitors to achieve the best possible outcomes for clients.

You'll ideally have
- Previous experience within a Personal Injury or Litigation team.
- A good understanding of the personal injury claims process.
- Excellent communication and client care skills.
- Strong organisational abilities and attention to detail.

- Experience using legal case management systems.
- A positive attitude and a willingness to learn and develop.
