The Role
You’ll be working as part of a highly regarded corporate team advising on a broad mix of corporate and transactional work.
Key responsibilities include:
- Advising on M&A transactions, private equity, restructurings, and joint ventures.
- Drafting, negotiating, and reviewing a range of corporate documents including share purchase agreements, shareholder agreements, and investment documentation.
- Supporting partners and senior team members on larger, complex transactions while taking responsibility for your own matters.
- Developing and maintaining strong client relationships with existing and new clients.
