Position Overview: My client is seeking an experienced and motivated Corporate Paralegal with a minimum of 1-year of experience to join their team. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record working on M&As, ideally in the healthcare sector, as well as offering general corporate support.
Key Responsibilities:
Assisting a Partner with the caseload of M&As, mainly in the healthcare sector, as well as offering general corporate advise
Provide expert legal advice and representation to clients.
Prepare and draft corporate ancillary documents.
Build and maintain strong client relationships, providing timely updates and strategic advice.
Collaborate with colleagues across various practice areas to deliver comprehensive legal services.

Qualifications + Experience:
