What You’ll Do

• Advise clients on corporate transactions, reorganisations, and governance matters.
• Draft and negotiate shareholder agreements, articles of association, and transactions documents.
• Lead M&A, private equity, joint ventures, and AIM/public market transactions.
• Build strong client relationships while working in a high-performing, collaborative team.

Job Title: Associate Solicitor / Senior Associate 4 – 8 PQE

Firm: Ranked top tier Legal 500

Salary: From £65,000 – increasing with years experience

Hours: Full-time | 35 hours | option to work full time across 4 days

Location: Southampton

Flexibility: 3 days working from home, flexible hours, work life balance

Requirements

• Solicitor qualified in England & Wales with corporate experience
• 4+ years PQE in corporate law, including M&A, private equity, joint ventures, and shareholder agreements.
• Strong commercial awareness, drafting, negotiation, and client management skills.
