The Role
You will work as part of a top-ranking corporate team, handling a broad range of corporate matters, including:
- M&A transactions (both domestic and cross-border)
- Private equity and investment work

- Joint ventures and shareholders’ agreements
- General corporate advisory work for an impressive client base, including SMEs, national organisations, and high-growth businesses
