Seeking a HR and Compliance professional to support the Managing Director and wider team within a boutique Financial Services consultancy. This is a fabulous opportunity for somebody who has worked at Assistant level, to step up and gain further commercial (and in time, managerial) exposure.
Key duties will include:
- HR administration
- Generalist HR support to the team, utilising external HR consultancy when needed
- Drafting offer letters, and assisting with recruitment & onboarding
- High level business administration, in accordance with strict compliance and GDPR regulation, including preparation and proof reading of legal documents
- Overview of Office Management, maintaining a positive workspace when the CEO is travelling
In order to be considered you need to have significant, recent experience in a similar HR & Compliance role, ideally obtained within the Legal or Financial Services industry. You will have excellent multi-tasking capability, and will pay very close attention to detail. You will ideally have experience with managing legal documentation.
This role is WFH Mondays, with Tuesday to Thursday spent in the office based in Battersea.
Salary is up to circa. £42,000 p.a. dependent on experience.
