The firm: Top Tier well established firm in Cardiff is looking to take on a Commercial Property Fee Earner or Paralegal looking to progress. You will be surrounded by a team of highly experienced property solicitors and will be in the perfect environment to learn and develop.
Main Responsibilities:
- Managing high quality, high net client caseload.
- The matters available to you would include but not limited to:
- Buying and Selling of Commercial Property files.
- Leases and Letting Commercial Property.
- Landlord and Tenant.
- Commercial Property Investment & Management.
- Development.
Essential Criteria:
- Experience file handling Commercial Property files for at least a year.
- Experienced Fee Earner in Commercial Property.
- Keen to progress/continue a career within Property Law.
- Ideally qualified Solicitor or Licensed conveyancer however FILEX and an experienced commercial property paralegal will also be considered.
