We're working with a well-established legal firm in Poulton that is looking to appoint a Commercial Property Assistant to join its growing property team.

Your existing experience in managing property matters, dealing with clients and handling legal documentation will give you a strong foundation.

The Role
You’ll work closely with the Commercial Property team, supporting a varied caseload and gaining exposure to a range of commercial property matters, including:
- Liaising with commercial clients, tenants, landlords, managing agents and other professionals.
- Reviewing title documentation and assisting with contracts, leases and legal documents.
- Supporting pre‑contract enquiries and preparing responses.
- Taking client instructions and helping transactions progress smoothly.
- Keeping clients and third parties updated throughout matters.
- Managing files accurately and ensuring compliance requirements are met.
About You
We're looking for someone who is keen to develop, takes pride in their work and wants to build expertise in Commercial Property.

- Experience within a law firm in either Residential Property or Commercial Property.
