YOUR DAY TO DAY
You will provide administrative support to the commercial property team, including preparing and proofreading legal documents, managing case files, and handling client communications. You will assist with the preparation of leases, tenancy agreements, and property-related documents, liaise with clients and third parties, and ensure deadlines are met efficiently

EXPERIENCE REQUIRED
Property secretarial experience (preferably commercial) capable of using the Land Registry portal, handling requisitions, submitting SDLT, registering charges at Companies House, drafting basic documents, and preparing completion packs.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office and legal case management systems.
Friendly, approachable, and a team player-able to work independently while taking instruction when needed.
