A leading Legal 500 and Chambers-ranked law firm is seeking up to two talented Clinical Negligence Solicitors (4–6 years PQE) to join its award-winning Clinical Negligence team. This opportunity has arisen due to the firm’s continued growth and strategic expansion.

Key Responsibilities:
- Managing a varied caseload of multi-track clinical negligence matters, including cases of maximum severity.
- Working alongside Law Society panel members and senior experts in the field.
- Using a case management system to maintain all client documentation and ensure proper file handling and compliance.
- Advising clients on legal procedures, case strategies, and developments.
- Instructing Counsel and medical/legal experts for client representation and advice.
- Meeting all Court and tribunal deadlines, and representing clients where appropriate.
- Maintaining regular and clear communication with clients regarding case progress.
- Recording all billable time and ensuring detailed, accurate documentation of all legal work undertaken.
Candidate Profile:
- Solicitor with 4–6 years of post-qualification experience and a strong track record in clinical negligence.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Demonstrated ability to work independently as well as collaboratively within a team.
- Capable of managing deadlines and working under pressure.
- High levels of confidentiality, professionalism, and integrity.
- Proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel, and operating in a paperless legal environment.
- Strong time management, attention to detail, and task prioritisation skills.
