OVERVIEW

RESPONSIBILITIES
- Manage a caseload of Multi-Track claims, dealing with a range of medical negligence issues.
- Assess potential claims, liaise with experts, and negotiate settlements to ensure the best outcomes for clients.
- Maintain a high standard of work in all matters, ensuring compliance with legal requirements and regulations.
- Play an active role in departmental planning and business development initiatives.
ABOUT YOU
- 4+ years PQE with experience in Clinical Negligence or complex personal injury
- Experience managing a wide variety of Clinical Negligence files, including but not limited to brain injuries, spinal injuries, fatalities, misdiagnosis, and general medical negligence.
- A successful track record of billing in Medical/Clinical Negligence or complex personal injury matters.
