We are seeking an experienced Private Client Solicitor (5-10 years' PQE) to join our established and highly regarded Private Client team in London.
This is an excellent opportunity for a confident and technically strong solicitor to take over an existing and well-maintained caseload, with the support of a collegiate team and flexible hybrid working arrangements.
The Role
You will be responsible for managing a broad range of private client matters, including:
- Wills and estate planning
- Probate and estate administration
- Trusts and trust administration
- Inheritance tax planning
- Powers of Attorney and Court of Protection matters
You will take ownership of an existing caseload, maintaining strong client relationships while continuing to deliver a high standard of service. There may also be opportunities to assist with business development and mentoring more junior colleagues, depending on experience and interest.
About You
- Qualified Solicitor in England & Wales
- 5-10 years' PQE in private client work
- Strong technical expertise and the ability to manage matters autonomously
- Excellent client-handling and communication skills
- A proactive, professional, and collaborative approach
- STEP membership (full or working towards) would be advantageous but is not essential.
