- Managing a varied Child Care caseload including Care Proceedings, Supervision Orders, Emergency Protection Orders, Special Guardianship Orders, Adoption matters, and Child Arrangements disputes
- Handling Legal Aid applications and CCMS procedures
- Preparing court bundles, witness statements, and legal documents
- Attending court hearings and undertaking advocacy where appropriate
- Supporting business development and networking initiatives to help grow the department
Qualifications:
- Qualified Solicitor with 3+ PQE in Child Care / Family Law
- Children Panel Accreditation preferred
- Strong experience managing public law children matters independently
- Confident handling Legal Aid and CCMS processes
- Advocacy experience advantageous but not essential
