An established and highly regarded law firm is seeking an experienced Family Solicitor to join its growing Family Department. This is an excellent opportunity for a personable and ambitious solicitor who is passionate about family law and committed to delivering exceptional client care. The Role
You will manage your own caseload of private family matters, including
- Divorce and separation
- Financial remedy matters
- Private children law disputes
- Cohabitation agreements
- TOLATA disputes
- Non-molestation and occupation order applications
- Pre-nuptial and post-nuptial agreements
Candidate Requirements
The successful candidate will
- Be a qualified Solicitor with experience handling private family law matters
- Have strong knowledge of divorce, financial remedy and private children work
- Demonstrate excellent client care and communication skills
- Be confident managing their own caseload with minimal supervisions
- Have a proactive and collaborative approach to work
- Enjoy building long-term client relationships and contributing to departmental growth
