I'm currently working with a well-established and highly respected law firm that's looking to expand its Commercial & Residential Property team. This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced Solicitor, Licensed Conveyancer or Conveyancing Accredited Chartered Legal Executive who is looking for high-quality work, genuine career progression and a supportive team environment.

The Role

  • You'll manage a varied caseload covering:
  • Commercial and residential property transactions
  • Acquisitions and disposals
  • Leases and landlord & tenant matters
  • Advising landlords, tenants, developers and investors
  • Drafting and negotiating property documentation
  • Managing matters from instruction through to completion while delivering exceptional client service

What I'm Looking For

  • 3+ years' PQE in Commercial or Residential Property
  • Experience managing your own caseload
  • Strong knowledge of landlord and tenant law
  • Experience using Case Management Systems, Laserforms and the Land Registry Portal
  • Excellent communication and client relationship skills
  • A proactive, organised and commercially focused approach
