The Role
- Advising charity clients on governance and regulatory matters
- Charity Commission advice
- Drafting and reviewing governing documents
- Charity registrations, mergers and restructures
- Setting up trading subsidiaries
- Managing your own caseload while supporting on larger, complex matters
