I have been tasked to find a mid-level BC Developer for a small MS Gold Partner, who are a size of 8/9 heads. They have taken on 2 new projects for a service info & airliner catering company and currently have 20 clients, so are growing rapidly. This is a good opportunity if you want to leave your signature on projects and grow quickly in a smaller environment.

Overview: Business Central Developer who can take ownership of development tasks across a variety of projects, support ongoing integration work, and contribute to solution design alongside our consulting team.

Key Requirements:

  • 3-4+ years development experience with Dynamics 365 Business Central (both on-premise and SaaS versions).
  • Strong knowledge of integrations and APIs (REST, OData, Web Services, etc).
  • Experience across modules such as Warehousing (Tasklet), Service Contracts, and Projects.
  • Familiarity with 3rd party add-ons and ISV solutions.
  • Able to develop extensions (AL language), customisations, and troubleshoot complex issues.
  • Comfortable collaborating with consultants and clients directly.

Desirable:

  • Experience with CI/CD pipelines and DevOps for BC.
  • Exposure to broader Microsoft stack (Power Platform, Azure).
  • Excellent problem-solving and solution design skills.
