A boutique specialist employment law firm are looking to appoint a high-quality Employment Solicitor (newly qualified and above) to support an incoming senior hire who will be spearheading the growth of our Bristol office.
The role is open to solicitors with either claimant or respondent experience, and we are keen to hear from lawyers with a strong technical base, commercial awareness, and the ambition to develop their practice within a collaborative environment.
- Advising employers and/or individuals across the full spectrum of employment law matters
- Managing your own caseload with appropriate supervision and support
- Drafting and negotiating contracts, settlement agreements, and policies
- Handling Employment Tribunal claims from inception to resolution
- Contributing to business development initiatives and the growth of the Bristol office
- Building strong client relationships and delivering a high standard of service
Solid grounding in employment law, gained on either the claimant or respondent side. Enthusiastic about being part of a developing office and team. Direct exposure to, and mentoring from, a senior employment law hire. High-quality work with genuine responsibility from an early stage. Clear scope for progression as the office and team expands.
