I am working with a number of highly regarded law firms in Bristol that are actively seeking construction lawyers at all levels, from newly qualified through to senior and managerial roles. Opportunities are available across both contentious and nonβcontentious construction practices, with several clients recruiting due to sustained workflow and strategic growth.
These roles offer exposure to high-quality construction work across a range of sectors and the chance to tailor your next move to your technical interests, experience level and long-term career goals. Depending on experience and preference, positions may involve:
- Advising on nonβcontentious construction matters, including drafting and negotiating building contracts, professional appointments, development agreements and collateral warranties
- Handling contentious construction disputes, including adjudication, arbitration, litigation and other forms of alternative dispute resolution
- Acting for a broad client base such as developers, contractors, consultants, funders and public sector bodies
- Supporting major commercial and infrastructure projects from inception through to completion and beyond
- Managing your own matters (with appropriate support at junior levels) and contributing to team knowledge-sharing and client relationships
- For senior lawyers, potential involvement in supervision, mentoring, business development and strategic practice growth
Qualified solicitors with either/or contentious or non-contentious construction law experience interested in making their next move should get in touch for a confidential chat about options that might be available to you.
