This award-winning practice is now seeking a driven Corporate Solicitor (2+ PQE) to join its market-leading Corporate team as the department continues to grow.

The Role

You will work as part of a top-ranking corporate team, handling a broad range of corporate matters, including:

• M&A transactions (both domestic and cross-border)
• Private equity and investment work
• Corporate reorganisations and restructures
• Joint ventures and shareholders’ agreements
• General corporate advisory work for an impressive client base, including SMEs, national organisations, and high-growth businesses

You’ll have direct client exposure from day one, with the opportunity to develop your own relationships and play an active role in ongoing transactions.

What We\’re Looking For

• 2+ years PQE in Corporate Law
• Solid transactional experience across M&A and general corporate matters
• Strong technical ability and commercial awareness
• A proactive, collaborative approach with excellent communication skills
• Desire to progress within a tier-one environment and work alongside highly regarded partners
