An established, family-owned manufacturing and distribution business is looking to recruit a hands-on Finance Manager to take ownership of its finance function.
Working closely with the Managing Director, you'll provide accurate financial reporting, commercial insight and financial control, while managing a small team of three.
Key Responsibilities
- Preparation of monthly management accounts and financial reporting.
- Budgeting, forecasting and cash flow management.
- Profitability analysis and working capital management.
- Overseeing VAT, compliance and year-end processes.
- Providing financial support and commercial insight to the management team.
- Managing and developing a small team of three, including purchasing.
About You
- Proven experience in a hands-on finance management role.
- Strong management accounting and financial reporting skills.
- Experience managing a small team or finance function.
- Commercially aware, organised and comfortable working autonomously.
- Professional qualifications advantageous but not essential.
- Manufacturing, distribution, stock or purchasing experience beneficial.
