We're working with a highly regarded national law firm seeking a Newly Qualified Solicitor or Associate to join its growing Contentious Trusts & Probate team in Birmingham.
This is an excellent opportunity to work alongside recognised experts on a broad range of high-quality, complex disputes while benefiting from exceptional training, genuine career progression and a supportive, collaborative culture.
You'll advise a diverse client base, including high-net-worth individuals, executors, trustees, beneficiaries and charities, on a wide range of contentious private client matters, including:
- Inheritance Act claims
- Trust disputes and breach of trust claims
- Proprietary estoppel claims
- High Court litigation where required
From day one, you'll have meaningful client contact and responsibility, while working closely with experienced lawyers on complex, high-value matters.
Is Newly Qualified or has gained post-qualification experience in Contentious Trusts & Probate.
