We are working with an established law firm in Liverpool that is looking to grow its Residential Property team. There is also scope for the right person to take on a Head of Department role.

The role

You will be dealing with a varied residential property caseload and working with clients throughout the transaction. This could include:

  • Freehold and leasehold sales and purchases
  • Remortgages
  • Transfers of equity
  • New build transactions
  • Lease extensions
  • General residential property matters

The level of responsibility will depend on your experience. If you are earlier in your career, there is support available to help you develop. For more experienced solicitors, there is the opportunity to take on more responsibility and potentially lead the department.

About you

We are open to candidates at any level of seniority, so the main thing is that you have solid residential property experience and are looking for your next move. You will ideally be someone who:

  • Has experience handling your own residential property caseload
  • Is confident dealing with clients and other parties
  • Can manage your workload and deadlines
  • Takes pride in providing a good level of client service
  • Is looking for a long term opportunity
