RESPONSIBILITIES
- Audio typing and preparing legal documents, letters and forms
- Maintaining accurate filing systems (digital and paper)
- Opening and closing client files in line with compliance procedures
- Managing diaries, appointments and meeting arrangements
- Handling incoming calls, emails and client enquiries professionally
- Assisting with billing, document organisation and general administrative support
