RESPONSIBILITIES
- Manage your own caseload of privately funded family matters with a strong emphasis on Private Law Children and Domestic Abuse work.
- Handle a broader range of family matters including divorce, financial remedy, separation, and cohabitation disputes.
- Work closely with colleagues across the family team to deliver high-quality, compassionate advice.
- Contribute to the department's continued growth through networking, marketing, and wider business development initiatives.
ABOUT YOU
- Qualified Solicitor, NQ, with all levels of PQE welcomed.
- Experience or a strong interest in Private Law Children and Domestic Abuse matters is essential.
- Legal aid experience not required.
- Compassionate, client-focused, and confident managing sensitive and urgent matters.
- Strong communicator with the ability to handle a varied caseload and work collaboratively within a supportive team.
