RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Managing a varied caseload of private family matters including divorce, financial remedy proceedings, and private children matters
  • Advising clients on cohabitation disputes, separation agreements, pre- and post-nuptial agreements, and domestic abuse matters where required
  • Drafting court applications, witness statements, consent orders, and other family law documentation
  • Conducting negotiations and representing clients throughout the litigation process where appropriate
  • Building and maintaining strong client relationships while working collaboratively with colleagues and external professionals
  • Supporting business development initiatives and contributing to the continued growth and success of the Family team

ABOUT YOU

  • Qualified Solicitor 2 - 5PQE within Private Family Law
  • Experience managing a broad range of private family law matters
  • Strong technical knowledge of divorce, financial remedy, and private children work
  • Excellent communication, drafting, and client care skills
  • Able to manage a busy caseload with strong organisational skills and attention to detail
  • A proactive team player with a genuine commitment to delivering outstanding client service
