Key Responsibilities
- Managing a varied caseload of commercial litigation matters, including contractual disputes, shareholder disputes, debt recovery, professional negligence, and general commercial disputes.
- Advising clients on dispute resolution strategies, including litigation, mediation, and alternative dispute resolution.
- Drafting pleadings, witness statements, and other legal documentation.
- Conducting legal research and providing clear, practical advice to clients.
- Representing clients in negotiations and assisting with court proceedings.
