An established and highly regarded law firm is seeking an experienced Personal Injury and Clinical Negligence solicitor to take on a Head of Department position. This is a senior leadership role offering complete flexibility, including the option to work entirely remotely, together with a quality caseload and meaningful client engagement.

The Role
You will oversee and develop the firm’s Personal Injury and Clinical Negligence department, combining fee-earning responsibilities with strategic leadership. This is a pivotal position within the practice, offering genuine influence, independence, and long-term career prospects. The role includes managing a diverse personal injury caseload alongside selected clinical negligence matters. All files are derived from established, direct work streams. Fully remote working arrangements are available.
