This is an excellent opportunity to join a firm recognised for its technical excellence, strong client relationships, and modern, forward-thinking approach to residential property work.

The Role

You will manage a varied caseload of residential property matters from instruction through to completion, with the support of an experienced and collaborative team. The caseload will include:

  • Freehold and leasehold sales and purchases
  • Remortgages and transfers of equity
  • New build transactions
  • Shared ownership and Help to Buy matters
  • Lease extensions (desirable but not essential)

The firm prides itself on delivering a high-quality, client-focused service, so attention to detail and strong communication skills are essential.

Responsibilities

  • Handling a full caseload of residential conveyancing matters independently
  • Providing clear, practical advice to clients throughout the transaction
  • Liaising with estate agents, brokers, lenders, and other solicitors
  • Ensuring files are progressed efficiently in line with compliance and regulatory requirements
  • Contributing to business development and maintaining strong local referral relationships

About You

I am keen to speak with Solicitors who:

  • Are qualified in England & Wales (NQ+ considered, ideally 2+ years PQE)
  • Have strong residential conveyancing experience and can manage their own caseload
  • Are commercially aware and client-focused
  • Thrive in a collaborative team environment
  • Have excellent organisational and time-management skills
  • Are confident building and maintaining professional relationships
  • Experience within a high-volume or highly reputable property team would be advantageous.

  • Competitive salary and benefits package
  • Hybrid working options
  • Clear career progression pathway
