A well-established and reputable high street law firm is seeking a Wills Executive to join our busy and supportive Private Client Team. This is a full-time, office-based position with the opportunity to work across our three offices. The successful candidate will also make occasional visits to clients in hospitals, care homes, and private residences - a full UK driving licence and access to a vehicle is therefore essential.
Key Responsibilities:
- Drafting Wills and Lasting Powers of Attorney (LPAs)
- Managing your own caseload with minimal supervision
- Attending client appointments across various locations
- Supporting clients with clear, empathetic legal advice
- Opportunities to assist with trust and probate matters
Requirements:
- Previous experience as a Wills Executive, Private Client Fee Earner, or Solicitor
- Strong knowledge of Wills and LPAs
