We are working on a live mandate with a leading US law firm in London looking to hire a junior associate into its Capital Markets team. This is an opportunity to join a well-established platform advising on a broad range of US and international capital markets transactions, working closely with senior partners on high-profile, cross-border deals.

The role:

  • Advising on a mix of equity and debt capital markets transactions
  • Exposure to IPOs, follow-ons, equity-linked offerings and high yield bonds
  • Working on SEC-registered offerings and 144A / Reg S transactions
  • Acting for issuers, sponsors and leading investment banks
  • Involvement across the full transaction lifecycle, from structuring through to execution

The candidate:

  • Associate from a leading US or international firm
  • Experience across DCM (ideally high yield) with some ECM exposure
  • Exposure to US capital markets transactions and disclosure
  • Strong academics and training background
  • England & Wales or US qualified
