Senior Family Solicitor About the Opportunity A highly regarded full-service law firm is seeking an experienced Senior Family Solicitor to play a key role in the growth and development of its newly established office in Cheshire. The Role As a senior member of the Family team, you will manage a varied caseload of private family matters while helping to establish and develop the firm's presence in the local market. Key responsibilities will include: * Managing a broad range of private family law matters * Advising clients on divorce and separation * Handling financial remedy proceedings * Advising on children matters and child arrangements * Managing cohabitation and related disputes * Delivering exceptional client care throughout the life of each matter * Supporting the strategic growth and development of the local office * Building and maintaining strong professional and client relationships * Mentoring and supporting junior team members * Participating in networking and business development activities * Working collaboratively with colleagues across multiple offices Candidate Profile Applications are welcomed from experienced Family Solicitors who can demonstrate: * Significant experience handling private family law matters * Strong technical expertise across all aspects of family law * Excellent communication and client relationship management skills * A compassionate, pragmatic, and commercially aware approach * The ability to manage sensitive and complex matters with confidence * A proactive attitude towards business development and networking * Leadership qualities and experience supporting junior colleagues * A desire to contribute to the growth of a developing office and department A local professional network and existing referral relationships would be advantageous but are not essential.
