Senior Accountant | Central London | £65,000 – £75,000 8 month FTC – Maternity Cover (Potential to be extended) Ideal start date – Early February 2025 This is an office based role – 5 days a week Simpson Judge have partnered with an Asset Management firm that is currently seeking the skills of a talented Accountant to join their team. The purpose of this role is to manage the financial operations of the firm’s legal entities, ensuring accurate and timely financial reporting, compliance with regulatory requirements, and effective management of financial resources. Responsibilities: Reporting across multiple entities Production of company management accounts Assisting in preparation of VAT returns + partnership tax computations Company expenses/Payroll/Accounts Payable Bookkeeping/Cash Management Cashflow, budgeting, forecasting Working with regulatory team to produce FCA reporting Qualifications: Qualified – ACA/ACCA/CIMA Experience within financial services environment with knowledge of associated regulations Experience within a back office function of PE/Family Office/VCT/Hedge Fund is preferred Technical Skills: Experience with FCA filings and VAT regulations Familiarity with cash flow management and financial forecasting Strong technical accounting skills Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Ability to work with high-net-worth individuals and handle sensitive information For further info, apply now.
