We're seeking a Proclaim Developer to join the IT team at a respected high street firm. This role involves enhancing and supporting the firm's case management system to ensure efficient, reliable operations.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and maintain Proclaim workflows and templates
- Manage system updates
- Support users across the business
- Work closely with other developers and stakeholders to deliver system improvements
- Provide input on technical solutions
Experience Required
- Solid experience developing in Proclaim or a similar case management system
- Confident working with workflow design, task server configuration and template logic
- Able to translate user requirements into practical system changes
- Experience with testing & implementation
- Strong communication and problem-solving skills
- Comfortable managing your own workload as well as working as part of a team
- Experience in a legal setting
Desirable Skills
