An excellent opportunity has arisen for a motivated and personable Private Client Solicitor or Legal Executive to join a busy and growing team. This role is ideal for someone with at least 2 years' post-qualification experience who is confident managing their own caseload and delivering high-quality client service.

The Role

  • Handle a varied caseload of private client matters, including:
    • Drafting and advising on wills, trusts, and lasting powers of attorney
    • Managing estate administration from instruction through to completion, including probate applications
    • Advising clients on inheritance tax and estate planning
    • Dealing with Court of Protection matters and trust registration requirements

You will play a key role in maintaining excellent client relationships, providing clear, sensitive, and practical advice tailored to individual needs.

What We're Looking For

  • Qualified Solicitor or Legal Executive - minimum of 2 years experience
  • Ability to manage a caseload independently
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Well-organised with the ability to prioritise a busy workload
  • Experience with LEAP legal software is advantageous

Additional Requirements

  • Full driving licence and access to a vehicle (home visits are required)
